ENGINEERING AND EQUIPMENT BUSINESS

OCB focuses on the oil and gas, chemical, marine engineering, and power industries, with a research and design team of nearly 200 people.

We possess comprehensive EPCIC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Installation, and Commissioning) service capabilities, enabling us to provide integrated solutions for our clients.

Cooperative Production BaseYantai Base

The Yantai base features a pipeline prefabrication workshop (9,000 m²), a prefabricated module construction workshop (3,800 m²), a painting workshop, a main pipe extension area (outdoor construction site), a modular block construction workshop (2,000 m²), and a 6-meter deep dock (5,000t). 


The facility is equipped with lifting and transportation equipment of various capacities.


We have a professional workforce skilled in structural construction, prefabrication and installation of modular components, electrical installation, pipeline prefabrication and installation, and painting, meeting the construction requirements for all phases of module fabrication.


Cooperative Production BaseNantong Base

Located in the Nantong Economic Development Zone, the company occupies an area of over 14,500 square meters, with more than 6,000 square meters dedicated to construction.


The factory structure is classified as a heavy-duty building, with a workshop span of 27 meters. Currently, the workshop is equipped with two 50-ton overhead cranes with a lifting height of 15 meters and four 10-ton overhead cranes with a lifting height of 11 meters.


The ground has a load-bearing capacity of 50 tons per square meter, and the workshop's exit door measures 9 meters wide and 11 meters high.


Business Leverage

OCB provides skid-mounted systems and prefabricated unit modules suitable for the petrochemical, oil and gas, marine engineering, and power industries, focusing on processes for handling and transporting liquids, gases, and powders.

We offer design, construction, testing, commissioning, and installation services for structural, piping, electrical instrumentation, ventilation, vibration isolation, and explosion-proofing according to customer requirements.

Main Products: Gas Pre-Treatment Skids, Chemical Injection Skids, Component Analysis Skids, Marine Ballast Water Treatment Skids, Metering Valve Skids, Powder Conveying Modules, Generator Modules, Fuel Separation and Delivery Units, Various Valve Groups.

The individual module weights can be up to 300 tons.
